In 2019, CIM announced plans to partner with the City of Atlanta on Centennial Yards, a landmark 50-acre development set to transform downtown Atlanta with blocks of world-class residential, retail and entertainment attractions. One of the most complex and significant city center developments in the Southeast, Centennial Yards is creating a regional destination and helping to revitalize the city¡¯s core.

Anchoring the entertainment district and further cementing Centennial Yards¡¯ status as a regional draw is Cosm. This leading immersive technology, media and entertainment company chose Centennial Yards to be home to its third location and first East Coast venue.

The significant lease agreement was recognized with Atlanta Business Chronicle¡¯s 2025 Best in Real Estate Award and named Atlanta ¡°Lease of the Year¡± in the CoStar Impact Awards.

Part of our team¡¯s vision for Centennial Yards was to secure an anchor tenant for the entertainment district that would offer a premier experience for both locals and visitors to Atlanta. This tenant would itself function as a destination, providing a fresh and exciting draw to the project. We fulfilled that vision with Cosm.

Cosm Centennial Yards

Cosm¡¯s Centennial Yards location will be a 70,000-square-foot, three-level immersive shared reality entertainment venue where visitors will enjoy sporting events, arts performances and many other attractions.

The long-term anchor tenant will offer dazzling, hyper-real experiences. Visitors to Cosm will find themselves at the sidelines of the College Football Playoffs, courtside at NBA games, inside the Octagon at UFC championships, on the pitch at the biggest Premier League matches and in the front row at the most sought-after events from around the globe.

Patrons will also enjoy gastropub-style food and beverages served either in their seats at game time or from an impressive indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant with access to the sights and sounds of Centennial Yards and downtown Atlanta.
